1. Definitions

‘The Event’ – Supply And Buy 20 June 2018.
‘The Organiser’ Temperley Media Ltd T/A Supply And Buy.
 ‘The Exhibitor’ is any company or person representing a company or brand exhibiting at the event. These terms and conditions we send to you will form the agreement between you and us (“the Agreement”).

2. Health & Safety

Exhibitors will adhere to all Health & Safety Requirements as dictated by the Organiser and Exhibition Venue.

3.  Insurance and Indemnity

Exhibitors will ensure they have sufficient insurance cover for their people accompanying or working with or for them for the duration of the show. Exhibitors insurance must include public liability of at least £1 million and public indemnity insurance of at least £100,000  including an Indemnity to Principles Clause thereby providing Supply And Buy adequate insurance protection under their policy. The Exhibitor shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising from any cause whatsoever in connection with the participation at the Event by the Exhibitor, his agents, contractors or employees.

4. Payment

All costs are quoted in UK Sterling and exclude VAT. Please note, the organiser will return any payments in full to companies not considered to match the profile of the exhibition. Payment terms: Payable in full 30 days after reservation unless alternative staged payments are agreed on an indvidual basis. Please note, all bookings must be paid in full prior to the day of the event.

5. Cancellation Conditions

Cancellation received in writing 90 days or more before the event: No Charge.
Cancellation received in writing 45 days before the event but fewer than 90 days: 50% of total invoice payable.
Cancellation received fewer than 30 days before the event: 100% of total invoice payable

6.  Access and Dismantling

The venue (Congress Centre, London WC1) will be open to the exhibitors from 7.30am for the setting up of table displays. All exhibitors must be in place and set up by 8.45am.  No refund will be offered for companies failing to attend on the day. Exhibitors will not dismantle their table display prior to the shows closure without the prior consent of the organisers.

7. Change of Date or Venue/Event Cancellation

The Organisers reserve the right at any time to change the date and/or venue of the Event or to cancel it altogether if they deem it necessary by reason of fire, flood, extreme weather conditions, acts of war or violence, malicious damage, explosion, earthquake, strike, civil disturbances, political unrest, riot, labour dispute, power cuts or any other cause beyond the Organiser’s control; or if the Organiser for any other reason deems it necessary or advisable. In such cases, the Exhibitor waives any and all claims he might have against the Organiser for refunds, damages or expenses.
In the event that the Event is cancelled by the Organiser for commercial reasons then all sums paid by the Exhibitor for the stand will be refunded. The Exhibitor agrees that under these circumstances he will have no further claims against the Organiser

8. Sublettting

The exhibitor will not sub-let stand space or presentation time, nor display products from different business areas than that booked, nor will they distribute advertisements from businesses not at the show except with prior written consent from the event organisers.

9. Limitation on Liability

The Organiser will not be liable for any errors appearing in any literature associated with the event.

10.  Breach of Terms and Conditions

If the Exhibitor/Sponsor is in breach of any of the Terms and Conditions contained herein, the Organiser reserves the right, without notice to the Exhibitor to offer the stand/sponsorship to another company or use it in any manner it deems fit. This shall not be construed as affecting the responsibility of the Exhibitor to pay the full amount specified by the contract. Any dispute or enforcement shall be settled under English Law.
